She holds Ph.D. in Management, MBA (Finance & HR), M.Com., PG Diploma in Marketing Management (PGDMM), and AP-SET (Management), reflecting her strong academic and professional foundation.
A passionate educator and visionary leader, Dr. Shirisha is committed to nurturing future women managers through quality education, research, innovation, ethical leadership, and industry-oriented learning. She believes in creating a supportive academic environment that empowers young women with the knowledge, confidence, and leadership skills needed to excel in today’s dynamic business world.
